ACCOMODATION
BINARY has established hostel facilities with apartments and condominiums owners within the vicinity of the university. Binary offers the following types of accommodation with the rentals as below:
Furnished Apartments
Furnished Apartments
- Twin sharing (master bedroom) -RM 2,100 per person (6 months)
- Twin sharing (normal bedroom) -RM 1,500 per person (6 months)
- Single (normal bedroom) -RM 2,850 per person (6 months)
Accommodation provided by the University includes:
- Bed with pillow
- Wardrobe
- Fan
- Gas Stove (common)
- Dining set (common)
- Sofa Set (common)
NB : A refundable deposit of RM 1,900 for furnished apartments must be paid together with the 6 months rental payment.
Request for additional facilities will be charged accordingly.
General Information
- You must provide at least 4 weeks notice in advance if you need hostel facilities.
- You must have paid 6 months rental in advance before you arrival in Malaysia, otherwise accommodation will be assumed as not required.
- The rental deposit is refundable with terms and conditions applied.
- Payment can be made by transfer telex to A/C No. 3106397230 or by bank draft payable to “Binary University College”
- If a student decides not to take up the hostel and provides less than 4 weeks notice from the date of first booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
