PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Project management is a specialist discipline. In a well run project, there is a constant array of management issues to deal with, as well as a challenging routine of project management processes.
TARGET GROUP
The programme is open to executives and managers with technical education, but require the management knowledge and skills.

LEARNING OUTCOME
At the end of the programme the participants will have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to:
• Plan, estimate and implement the process.
• Work with collaborators in the processes.
• Deliver results of quality with minimum risks.
• Carry out suitable evaluation and ‘controls’.
CERTIFICATION
Participants who have successfully completed the course will be awarded the Executive Certificate in Project Management by Binary University College.
